Feel Free Friday

Everything Freedom: Feel Free Friday

Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, purchased our freedom long ago. Now once a prisoner has been set free, he DOES NOT walk right back into the cell which held him captive. Likewise, since Jesus has made us free from sin and all other forms of darkness, we should be CAREFUL to not return to those things which once held us in bondage. Galatians 5:1 (New King James Version) instructs us saying, “Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.”

You are free-so EVERYTHING about your life should be freedom. Your relationships should exhibit freedom-say goodbye to those bad friendships and relationships that weigh you down and keep you from moving forward in life. Your job should be freedom-reject those jobs that cause you to sin against God and interfere with your relationship with Him. Your church should be freedom-disconnect from those churches that only teach you routine, while neglecting to teach you the true Word of God. Even your thoughts should be freedom-cast down those thoughts of fear and doubt that keep you from going to the next level in God.

When you are truly free, everything attached to you is free! When you are truly free everything you produce should be free. Your children, your spouse, your friends, your business plans, your thoughts, your dreams…everything should scream freedom! So I urge you to stop what you’re doing for a moment and evaluate some things in your life. Are their some things attached to you that are NOT free?…If your answer is yes, I encourage you to cut those things a loose because if it’s tied to you and it’s not about freedom, it is indeed weighing you down!

Again EVERYTHING about your life should be freedom, because you are free my friend!…So FEEL FREE!

  1. Sure. When one is free or possesses freedom in Christ it makes the journey lighter and makes one’s life a gateway to chose those things which are necessary for salvation.

Our freedom has been paid for, let us walk in the light of our salvation.

Adrianna, keep up the good work. Happy weekend ahead.
